“Espectacular!!!”
The best

Everything was perfect!!! Specially staff Juan Antonio. He was attentive, gave us a map and told us the best way to go around the city and told us places to go eat. He went out of his way and even stayed after his time to leave to explain to us things for granada. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and lovely renovated room. Lovely air-conditioning and excellent access to all the great sites in Madrid.

The lift was very small so our group of 17 used the stairs which was hard going after a long hot day!

“Wonderful location, great staff and decent room - what´s not to like!”
The best

The guy on reception (I think his name was Juan - apologies if I git it wrong) was so kind and helpful. He helped me with the Alhambra and provided so much useful information - he was really amazing. The room was absolutely fine and great value.

“Not what we expected”
The best

It was clean and in a very good location.

To be improved

The room was dark. The "window" it wasn't a window. You can see the photos. You can't rent this room telling that there is a window. Instead of 2 pillows they had one long pillow very uncomfortable. And we can hear everyone using the stairs. Also the reception was close to the room and it was very loud in the morning.
