Reception staff were rude. As I arrived late due a delayed flight. I rang the bell twice and when he come he ask me why I don’t called the number provided. I explained that I did but wasn’t working. He took his phone and rang the number himself and said - it is working for me should work for you and keep arguing that I should have ring and insist on that for minutes instead of check me us in. After a long conversation on educate me how to use my phone he check us in and allow us to have a rest after a 12 hours flight. Looks like I was doing him a favor for stay on the place and pay for it.
