Staff were very friendly . Room was very clean

To be improved

Parking isn't great you have to park in muti storey 3 streets away at a rate of 5 euros a day . Tea /coffee facilities would be a bonus

“Nice and welcoming hotel”
The best

The friendly person at the check in gave us a feeling of welcome. The room was spacy and clean. At night, some people had to discuss their personal affairs aloud downstairs, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Benavente is a charming town, we will come back, hopefully.

It's in quite a good position with restaurants and bars nearby for evening food and drink. Parking (paid) was convenient. A great view nearby.

To be improved

No bar serving breakfast was obviously nearby - if there was, I missed it. Plugging in my laptop caused a spark and a surge that seemed to damage the battery. It recovered later in the week.
