Visiting friends so within walking distance but also easy to navigate if going to explore.

Where do I start, I would be asking for a full refund if I could..,comedy of errors! we had a booking for 2 rooms, we turned up at the property late (early hours of morning, property informed beforehand of late arrival), pretty much impossible to find anywhere to park….ended up having to drive down some dodgy steep side road to park down under a bridge by some bins (we didn’t know at the time but broken glass was all over the floor…I will come back to this), parked up and then walked round to the property only to find that 1 of the two lock boxes didn’t have a room key in!!! Luckily I was whatsapping them directly, so at 4am messaging them to say we don’t have one of the room keys, 20 mins later some guy turns up forces open a cupboard inside and hands us the key. So we then go into our rooms….room 1 (single occupancy) - smell was absolutely awful of mould / damp and hit you like a smack in the face, room 3 double - uncomfortable squeaky bed (and that ain’t through motion in the ocean)! Generally old and tired (the room, sometimes how I feel) needs some tlc and more comfortable beds. Bathrooms ok for what we paid, was ok to get a shower and have a dump. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again - low prices I understand but you still expect a certain standard, we aren’t in a 3rd world country.
