“I won't book in the middle of old city of Madrid any more.”

To be improved

This hotel is not accessible by car but this point was not communicated clearly. The result is long time driving around in the old city of Madrid and cannot find it. The reception is in Victoria II, and Victoria I is not searchable on google map. The elevator can take one person and moves at one foot per second. The floor in the hall way are rotten and feel unsafe.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the centre, next to Puerto del Sol Metro Station. The room is clean.

To be improved

The room is too small. We have 2 big luggages, it is impossible to open them at the same time. The bathroom is the same. If you are oversized person, it is hard to move in the bathroom.
