“It was good location · Cons: We went during July which is an extremely hot time. We arrived and our air conditioning was not working. We brought it up with the staff and they were sadly not very helpful. They gave us numerous mixed signals and failed to actually answer our questions and help us. Originally they said they would put us in another room, then they said they would fix it, then they said they would give us a refund, then they finally put in a small fan instead, which helped a little bit. We were still not given any refund at the end. The room also had an old kind of mouldy smell to it, combined with a very stuffy room, it smelt horrible the whole time.”
