We arrived at 1am and I had been speaking with the hostel over the past few days. They told me I needed to call the person at reception when we arrived to collect us from the airport. I called him and he said he was at the airport now but had to take some other people back so to call again when we were outside. He then called me 10 mins later to check how we were getting on (important). We left the airport and I called him back to say we were ready to be picked up, he told me he would be 15-20 mins (this seemed odd because the hostel was only a 5 min drive away). We waited and waited but after 1hr he never showed up. I called him back and he claimed that he had come and we weren’t where we said we were so he left again. This is not true because I was watching every single vehicle drive in and out. He arrived after 5 mins in a big, distinctive looking van that 100% did not drive past us already. I asked why he didn’t call us if he knew we were waiting for him (like he had before) and he got really angry and said he didn’t have time to call the guests. We arrived at the hostel and then he said that he didn’t have our booking and that we would have to pay him more if we wanted to stay. As two female travellers at 2:30am this was very unnerving. I insisted that I had been speaking to the hostel previously and they deffo had my booking and that I could come and look at the compute if he wanted, at which point he miraculously found it immediately (after trying several times before and ‘not finding it anywhere’). Terrible service.

Staff. Waited 30 minutes for shuttle bus. Initially told 15 to 20 minutes . When i rang again i was told in a very rude tone that it wasn't an ambulance service and i just had to wait. I understand the waiting bit but not the snarly comments

Great value for money with a free airport shuttle. Room was spotless. Great for an airport layover for an early morning flight, it was perfect location. Nice park with half a dozen restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Definitely would stay again.

great value choice for closeness to airport with a free airport shuttle. Clean and comfortable and quiet enough for the very competitive price. I'd stay again.
