The best

Great staff. One english speaker which helped when we asked to adjust our room. Very friendly. Location good for the Madrid airport. Quiet spot considering it's on a corner of a road intersection. Clean and tidy room.

To be improved

Parking was difficult to find. To be fair they had not offered parking so our risk. Food in pub/restaurant was very limited and no good if you have dietary limitations. Rooms very tight on space.

The best

Everthing! the staff were absolutely wonderful. We were traveling from South Africa and we cant speak much Spanish but everyone here were so accommodating and kind. The restaurant food were so delicious. Thank you to the Chef, the lovely kind owner, the ladies at reception, the morning barrister! We had a true Spanish experience.. aaah such a wonderful treat!!
