“All in all it was a nice little hostel, just that we didn’t know that there are two different hostalins in one building”

The great location, it was in the middle of everything and few minutes walk from the metro, so it was very convinient to leave our things from the shopping and just continue to next location. If we go to Barcelona again we will probably choose the same area or even the same hostel.

To be improved

We didn’t like that in our room the hair dryer didn’t work and nobody fixed it, and with all the walking and hotness outside our hair could have used a little washing but we didn’t have anything to dry it with. Also we could have used a little more toilet paper, but we went downstairs at the supermarket on the night before we left and we bought some, and the supermarket is open til late which is great, maybe even all night.

“Bad quality and high price.”

The location was good, that was the only thing I liked.

To be improved

The staff was not there during check-in time, we had to call by phone and wait. The room was very small, dark, humid and without proper ventilation, as well as the bathroom. The walls are si thin that you wake up every time somebody from other room makes the smallest noise. The WC was broken, there was nobody to help there, and they did not even reimburse any money. The shower wasn’t working properly either. And last but not least, they did not accept payment with card and didn’t send me an invoice that I requested several times. I will not come back, that is for sure.

“Nightmare !!!! Really bad the room is so small low ceiling inside a cabinet”

The single room is a triangolar shape low ceiling It is the size of a cabinet. The sharing toilet few doors away very tight that cannot open the door properly. This type of room should not be allowed to be rented

“Shocking never book this property they charge you for no room”

Nothing arrived at the hotel no one to check us in had to walk the streets of barcelona for the night
