“Small but Pleasant”

The best

The employee was very attentive and approachable. Comfortable beds. The kitchen facilities were complete. Location is near to Alhambra palace and 10mins walk to the city center.

To be improved

The room was smaller than expected. When we returned from outside, our room door was wide open, but nothing was lost... I think the cleaner might have left it open.

“A perfect stay in a great location with truly caring staff.”

The best

The location is ideal—close to the city center, and for me even more importantly, near the Jardines de la Alhambra and the gardens of Carmen de los Mártires. The hostel is well connected by public transport, but most places can easily be reached on foot. I stayed in a four-bed room. A great bonus was that there were only two of us in the room, which made it more spacious and comfortable. The room has its own bathroom, which is a big advantage. There is also air conditioning in the room—essential in the scorching heat of Granada. A special mention goes to Juan, the hostel manager, who acted like a true host taking care of his guests. I experienced an unpleasant situation during my stay, and he took the initiative to help resolve it. He dedicated an entire day to dealing with it, which meant a lot to me—it saved me from stress that could have disrupted the peace of my holiday. I am truly grateful!

To be improved

I can't say there was anything I didn't like — it just would have felt a bit more relaxed if I had a hairdryer, but that doesn't change my rating of 10.

Incredible location. Great decor and vibe. Kind and helpful hosts. Comfortable room. Very good value.

AC turns off on what seems to be a timer so we woke up a couple times in the night to turn it back on because it got pretty warm in July.

“Cons: Not the most welcoming experience. There was no real reception, and the atmosphere felt off. I was given a room key with no info about Wi-Fi, services, or local tips. After parking the luggage in the room, I had to chase down the (busy cleaning) staff just to get the basics. Restaurant/bar was closed, and staff felt bothered by my questions. One staff member mentioned they were soon going on vacation, which might explain the lack of attention — but still, you pay for a service, regardless of their plans, right?”

“Best hostel ever”

The best

I stayed there for 7 days and for me this is one of the best hostel with that price. They cleaned the room every day. The kitchen was clean and everything was working fine. The staff are super friendly and very helpful when one of the hostelmate had an emergency and needed the ambulance.
