This place is truly disappointing. The name may lead you to believe it’s a hotel complete with a warm reception and all the amenities, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Instead, it feels like an unsafe environment to spend the night, leaving you with a sense of unease rather than comfort. The property is in bad condition, dirty and old. They took my money and did not refund it. It's a scam. I ended up staying at another place for fair to my safety.

Easy access. On the second floor. Elevator worked. Easy to find. Clean rooms. Super comfortable bed. Quiet at night time.

To be improved

The receptionist was lovely and kind lady, but it would be even more wonderful if the staff could speak just a little english. We kind of could communicate, but it was a bit difficult.
