No lock for bag,no workers,everything need do online and so complicated,respect so slow,not good actitud,no bag send service for Camino.Don’t recommend.Ask me pay on their web even I already use booking.Feel strange.

Could not sleep on Friday night, due to crazy Spanishs "celebrating , screaming, ..." whole night until dawn of Saturday.

Disinterested staff

I don't like not having a staff person. Other guests were smoking in the evening and sleeping in the common area. Not sure who to call, what to do. The digital key makes it very simple to access the room, but as a pilgrim I missed the personal presence of a staff person.

I definitely didn’t like the remote key access and no person whom you could ask for help and information. Not everything is found on Google. The door on the female bathroom did not shut at all. As the toilet doors didn’t either this was quite unpleasant. Not all of us want to be seen naked after a shower. At least one shower didn’t drain properly and there was no one to ask to fix it. There was no provision for washing/drying clothes. This place catered largely for pilgrims on the Camino who needed to be able to clean their clothes and be ready to move on the next day. There was a sign requesting that the kitchen sink not be used for clothes washing - and quite rightly. That just left the bathroom sinks - also shouldn’t be used for that purpose. The place looked good on the surface and for publicity photos, but under that there were a lot of maintenance problems. Altogether it left a lot to be desired. I think they relied on the majority of their users to be moving on and so not caring if things worked for them.

First night I arrived , no bed for me in room , anyone can walk into this property, this is a disgrace, .
