I had a great stay here in Alicante, the location if perfect and central. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. The hostel was overall very clean and tidy. Wifi was excellent as were all the facilities offered.

To be improved

You only get one pillow, and the beds aren't super comfy. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so it does get a little bit hot.

The best

Great location as it’s close to the airport. Comfy bed and easy check in. They let you use a locker before check in.

To be improved

Very quiet hostel with the lights off in the room from 4pm until I checked out at 9am so not one for socialising. Didn’t have a padlock so had to pay for a locker (you have to pay $1 every time you lock it again). Kitchen area quite small.

The host or the receptionist doesn’t stay at the hostel after 4-5pm so whom should we talk with in case of problems. He is available on WhatsApp but that doesn’t help us. Entry to my bed was only 1 ft wide and I had one backpack, one 7 kg carry on and one 25kg check in. THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE A SPACE TO STORE 25KG CHECKINS. And when I found a way to keep it as close as possible to my bed which included some sound and noise, the fellow person got annoyed. WTF seriously! I kept asking for refund but all i got was “READ” on WhatsApp messages.

“Great hostel”
The best

Probably the best hostel i ever stayed at. All commodities are new, modern and clean. It's also great to receive a towel then you don't pack your own one wet in your suitcase.
