“I would not stay here if I ever visit Santona again.”
The best

Facility itself was not good. The lady who works in the bar next door was apparently responsible for the unit. She was very considerate and helpful when the problems arose.

To be improved

Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Toilet not filling with water. All units are on the first floor. People talking and walking by next to the window. Had to keep the window and blinds closed.

Location is close to the city central, restaurants, cafes, and the ocean. The room was clean and tidy.

To be improved

Impersonal. You need to have all your paperwork filled out ahead of time, no problem. Stop at the bar next door to get code to get in the building and room.
