“Great stay”
The best

Felt really safe. Bathroom was clean as well as all the entire hostel. Location is great. You need around 20 minutes by foot to reach the shuttle bus to go to the terminal 4. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. It was perfect to be able to rest few hours before a early flight. There are lockers for small bags outside the room and you can ask to put bigger bags in a room near the reception (which is great to get ready without waking up everybody) Soap, bedsheets, blanket, towel, coffee are provided.

To be improved

You need to be aware that people arrive in the middle of the night and that beds are a bit noisy. But for a night and with earplugs it's more than ok.

The best

Location was good. Beds were fairly comfy. Fellow travellers were respectful and friendly. Staff were helpful and direct. Easy to walk to from T1-T3. Temperature was good, and I got a decent amount of sleep after a long trip from Brisbane.

To be improved

Bunk rooms were a concrete box with 6 double bunks beds along the walls and nothing else. No curtained alcoves, but individual charging ports, and no damping of noise from across the room. No real hangout space - just a narrow kitchen.
