“Good value for money, would come back”
Very friendly staff and very easy to manage check-in, check-out, finding my room and so on.
Not a lot of soap & shampoo left
“Cons: Wasn't well received and had texted them hours before advising I would get there late as per delay on the train to get to Madrid and they didn't reply”

I didn't like anything. I had a pretty shitty month there: Broken toilets on lower floor so people use showers as urinals. Only 2 toilets on ground floor and never any toilet paper. You need to have your own Incase you neep toilet paper at night when the office is closed No air-conditioning unless you ask. They don't check the rooms even when it is hot. You have to ask the staff to turn on the AC early as the office closes around 8:00PM No hot water for showers. Old bed frames with straight metal bar in the middle of your back (see photo). The metal mesh on each side of the metal bar sags so it is quite painful. I woke up with hip and back pain every morning. Broken stove top that they don't want to fix so bring your own, Be sure to keep all the food that you can in your room as there are thieves. Bring a pen to mark your bags. Bring your own silverware as they don't have any The dinning area is filthy. Dried food on the chairs an cheap plastic table cloths tha have rips in them 1 microwave for everyone If you get mad at the staff, don't yell. I saw them kick a client out on his first day because he was a couple hours early. He wanted to sit inside and wait because it hot outside and they told him no. When he got upset, they called the cops. When he asked for a refund they told him no. He was just thrown out.
