“Great hotel to relax and enjoy the Asturian hospitality”

The best

The hotel is located in the middle of Asturias, which is great for hiking or just relaxing. It is family friendly and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities are great and breakfast exceptional (we especially liked the Spanish tortilla)

To be improved

It is a bit dated and could do with a bit of renovation

“A breathtaking view!”

The best

Great view and spacious rooms. Convenient parking and tasty breakfast. A big plus for the spa area and the additional outdoor pool.

To be improved

The spa staff can get a bit too into their role, which can be a bit annoying — especially since they don’t fully understand how things like the sauna are supposed to work, encouraging guests to use it in flip-flops and swimsuits :) That said, everyone is very polite, and the prices are quite reasonable.

It was also on the expensive side and we were charged extra because we didn't bring shower caps, even though they were in the room.”

“Great place to stay for a few days during our motorbiking trip.”

The best

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a separate lounge and a private garden area. Very comfortable bed and a nice big bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A beautiful location with fantastic views. The swimming pool area was lovely but we didn’t use it as the weather was poor. The parking was perfect, easy for our motorbike.

To be improved

The hotel was very quiet during our stay so breakfast choices were limited. The menu did not vary so not too many choices for us although the food was very good.
