“Best stay in Peniscola”
The best

Wonderful hotel, recently renovated, with all the possible comforts: wide room with fridge, a huge bathroom, balcony facing the sea, buffet restaurant; it's in front of the beach and offers beach service. Close to the city centre but far enough to avoid the real mess and noise of that area by night. Best ever reception staff, everybody so nice and kind! The only negative side: the waiters. Always talking to each other and in loud voice, just a couple of them really working; we were not attended well at all.

“Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Issues”
The best

The gentleman at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also attentive and always available, which was greatly appreciated.

To be improved

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the noise levels in the room. The sound isolation was practically non-existent — we could hear everything from the hallway, including other guests talking and walking past, as well as when our neighbor flushed the toilet. There was absolutely no isolation around the doors. To make matters worse, housekeeping started dragging furniture and cleaning loudly as early as 9 AM, making it impossible to get a good rest. However, the breakfast selection left much to be desired — unless you're someone who enjoys pre-packaged donuts and muffins first thing in the morning, there wasn’t much to choose from. Overall, the noise in the room was a major issue and something the hotel urgently needs to improve. Sadly, it overshadowed the otherwise friendly service.

The best

It was a typical Spanish property well cared for and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great food and parking on site.
