“A three day stay before heading home after a months touring Europe”
The best

This place is a tidy, pleasant and personal hotel. It isn't a large extravagant place but has a homely meals area, bar and lounge over looking an inviting pool. Position is ideal as its only one block from the main street with all the eateries and bars. Far away enough not to hear the noise and action. Also only two blocks in a straight line from the beach which is magnificent with surf patrols.

“Not very friendly”
The best

I am at this hotel right now on business with 10 of us being here for 3 weeks The staff apart from Oscar and on other young man are very miserable and unhelpful!!! One reception guy was asleep at reception Sunday morning I hate asking for anything The rooms are ok and beds are comfortable A small fridge is in the room , so you can have cool drinks and milk etc The pool area is nice enough It's ok here but put it this way You won't get much of a smile Oscar is the most helpful

“Overnight before flight from Barcelona”
The best

A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location and a friendly welcoming team We stayed for one night prior to flying home from Barcelona airport , we wish we had come a couple of days earlier , rooms were fantastic and far enough away from the bars to ensure it was quiet during the evening

“Close to the Beach but with Reception Issues”
The best

The hotel is very close to the beach, which is a big plus. The rooms are clean, and I especially enjoyed the large terrace with chairs and tables, perfect for relaxing. The central air conditioning with individual controls works perfectly and keeps the room cool. Another highlight is the housekeeping staff: the cleaning ladies are super friendly and do an excellent job.

To be improved

On the downside, there’s no coffee machine in the room. Also, while there’s no iron provided, you can get one from the reception, which is helpful. Unfortunately, the receptionist promised to send someone to bring the missing items for the room, but no one ever came, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, during check‑in, they requested an excessive amount of personal information, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

Staff not help full, not nice. They were very rude. They didnt know anything about castelldefelds, not about the festivitis or Events, not even the streets for Directions. Basic breakfast 14 euros per person. Too expensive for what it was. Wifi not working during our stay.

“TLC needed but we would come back”
The best

The location is perfect, close to the beach (5min), restaurants (5min), coffee shops (5min) as well as the train station - 20min walk. It was quiet during the night so no noise from outside. We love the swimming pool, as the hotel wasn't busy there were times we had the pool just for our family which was a bonus. The pool is big, well kept. We also love the aircon in the room, very reliable and easy to control. The power on the shower was strong - we loved that too. The hotel also provides very comfortable beds and pillows - very important, loved them.

To be improved

The hotel needs some TLC - you can see that the rooms need some fresh paint, bathrooms need new tiles, baths, taps etc however everything was clean. We would add more sockets, two usb ports are not enough and they are just above your head - so not the most convenient location. Please add some glasses for drinks and some nice coffee 2in1 - the selection was close to zero.
