Modern , tidy , spacious room .

To be improved

After my return I found that I had been charged twice on my credit card . I contacted the hotel and they apologised . They agreed to refund one payment . After further contact - they claimed that they had transferred the amount , which never arrived in my account - now no answers ! I raised a complaint with Booking , com who then told me that because I did not upload my document before 14 July - the case is closed (TODAY is 4 JULY ) I am very Angry and disappointed
