“Really disappointed”

To be improved

Would not recommend! Sells themselves as a ‘wellness’ hotel but you’re charged extra for any type of wellness facility (hot tub/ sauna etc)! The receptionist is also never around so feels like a creepy ghost hotel. I’ve stayed in cheaper places that were a lot better! Rooms were also quite dirty which was really disappointing. I didn’t feel that they cared or even wanted us there. Try somewhere closer to town instead of here and don’t waste your money!

“Quite nice but a bit far out the town”

The best

Hotel is quote nice, unexpectedly comfortable when you come in the room. Very clean and has all you need for a short stay. The massage lady is very skilled and extremely nice, you need to bool a massage with her.

To be improved

It’s a detour from the center. Although only 1.5km Outside, when you come from Camino, every lm counts. Pool is extremely small. If the night is colder, the AC doesn t work on heating mode so it can get pretty chilly.

“Peaceful, relaxing stay”

The best

Beautiful peaceful location - we liked being outside of the town but pleasant 20 minute walk. Nice respite on a Camino rest day. Lovely garden to relax in. Wellness facilities very new and clean. Excellent massage! Each room has private terrace.

To be improved

We didnt realise there was an additional cost to use the jacuzzi and sauna and you have to book a private session. Would be better to know before. Bedrooms are quite small. Once reception closes at 9pm (to 8am) there is nowhere to get a drink - would be nice if there was a kitchen area with a kettle or coffee machine for people to make their own tea/ coffee

“Beautiful restful location”

The best

The room was clean comfortable and warm with outdoor space. Friendly staff and good wine. We enjoyed the lovely restaurant across the road.

To be improved

The location was quite a walk for us from the Camino. Use of the spa facilities was extra and it would be nice for an inclusive option. Breakfast was not available until 8 which was too late for us.
