“Punches above it’s weight!”
The best

Stayed 2 nighs 27-29 September room 204. (With a safe that fits a large laptop!) Check in very quick and friendly. Room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with a large bed. Spotlessly clean bathroom with only a shower that worked well. Thank goodness that the room had great air-con because it was absolutely boiling even at the end of September! Great large car park with some of it shaded. Staff in the bar were absolutely charming and couldn’t do enough to make sure you were comfortable. All in all for a small 2 star hotel it was excellent would certainly recommend it.

“Small but upscale room with uncertain meal optons on an out of the way location”
The best

Location is a mountain crossroads above Nigran that is difficult to find. It is across the bolos court frm bar rincon de demo and the bolos bar. Bolos is across between boules and violent bowling and is worth watching for a bit.

To be improved

The hotel restaurant was closed for a family event the entire weekend. I could not get anything to eat even in their snackbar as the kitchen first made me wait more than 35 minutes for a sadwich before i walked out. The second nigbt they said they were just too busy to serve me, even thouh i was a guest in the hotel. In 30 years of travelling around the world i have never seen such an uncaring attitude to a client and customer. There is no other eatng option in this tiny village.

“A relaxing stay in a rural setting with a bar / restaurant attached.”
The best

Nice grounds, spacious with swimming pool, patio etc. Large free car park. We had twin beds which had comfortable mattresses, staff were helpful and friendly. We did not eat there.

To be improved

There was some noise intrusion but not excessive, we slept well.
