“Liked: Rooms were extremely clean and well-kept; proximity to many of Barcelona's main tourist attraction (all within 10-20 min walking distance); staff were very polite, kind, and accomodating. Disliked: Had to wait 1 hr for check-in. Despite arriving at the asked time, we waited for additional hour as other guests were able to come in after us and check in before us; there was no kettle or fridge in the room”
