“Major noise during night. Hotel promised compensation but never paid it.”

There is a bar on the 4th floor. Hotel allows noisy parties that last to 1am. We heard music clearly and even earplugs didnt help the case. We complained about this and they only gave another room which was as bad. After our stay we contacted the hotel about the matter. They replied and promised to compensate us for the price of one night of our stay. We filled in the required paperwork, and the hotel claimed that they had sent the compensation to our bank account. However, the receipt for the payment showed that the hotel had paid the compensation to a different account, not ours. The hotel has not responded to our messages since I sent them pictures showing the incorrect payment details. The hotel never paid the compensation to us.

“Central location,clean ,good value,very nice staff”

Nice place located on the main pedestrian street.Multiple choice of restaurants around as well as taxi stand to the airport. Very friendly receptionist Alberto and Kasandra?printed our boarding passes with smile!

“impossible to sleep”

The experience in this hotel was simply awful. I stayed 2 nights and Sunday morning I had to leave the hotel at 7.30 to go to the airport. There was a huge noise from screaming drunkards coming from the bar down my windows till 3.30 PM or even later. I called the reception first time at 1 am to ask when the bar would close and the lady answered they were supposed to close at 1.30 or she would call the police. At 2.30 I went down and clearly the lady did not call the police, and she even blamed me for having chosen a room with a view on the city despite all the situation was clearly illegal. I ll never come back to this hotel, or to Santa Cruz, or to any other Adonis hotel in my life. This was my worse hotel experience ever

It's a bit tricky to find free parking near the hotel. There is free parking on the main street near the hotel but spaces are limited so sometimes you have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the hotel.
