“Clean rooms and kind staff.”
The best

The most important thing to me is cleanliness in a hotel and I found the cleaning to be well done. Also the staff was very kind and lively which I greatly appreciated. We felt at home there and would stay again even though it was rather expensive.

To be improved

Everything is very expensive when you travel in Europe in the summer, this is not a hotel with many amenities. Still, understanding that I would stay there again.

The best

Reasonably well located to front, marina, beach, castle, restaurants and bars in old part (All within 10-15 min walk) 24hr receptionist and lift. It's a 2 star, so you get what you pay for - as was a good price

To be improved

The room was fine, although a bit dated. For us, it lacked a few basics, no tea or coffee making facilities, iron/board or basic SMART tv in the room. We were in Denia for a Hen, Stag and Wedding do and had been travelling in Spain for two and a half weeks prior to Denia i.e. crumpled clothes, when I asked if I could borrow an iron, I was told "No... try a launderette!" I believe that our room had been upgraded as we had a nice large balcony on the top floor, which helped
