“Interesting place to experience the desert”

Lovely relaxed feel - unlike anywhere else late we stayed on our trip …rooms look like a nuclear test site on the outside but lovely inside and love the window seat …comfortable and fun…restaurant is good and food great 👍 the Bardenas were great 👍

To be improved

Pool furniture could do with an update, a little tired and location isn’t really on the edge of the Bardenas but still lovely

We stayed in one of the inflatable bubbles - a very cool concept, made to look like a lunar station. Sadly it was raining heavily all day and we couldn't see the starry sky at night, however I suspect the lights from reception would have spoilt the experience anyway. We woke up seeing dawn which was really cool.

We paid luxury price for the experience, and we expected a luxury level of customer service but that wasn't met. We were rushed to our bubble with no idea of what activities we could or couldn't book. The whole point of coming here was to experience the natural park, so even though it was pouring all day, we would have appreciated some advice. It felt like the lady at reception had a lot going on and couldn't give us too much attention. It was also my partner's birthday on that day and we were hoping for a little treat like it's happened multiple times in the past in much lower-tier hotels, but not even an acknowledgment. The premium you pay for the experience is not worth it, at the end of the day you're sleeping in a plastic ball that was too hot when the sun was out and too cold in the bathroom where the heat doesn't get. Besides, all bubbles are close to each other so sounds travel easily... definitely wouldn't recommend it, if anything the bungalows might be a cheaper and better option if you really want to stay here.
