Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Centrally located near the beach and attractions, highly praised in multiple reviews.
Consistently mentioned as friendly and very helpful by multiple guests.
Overall great experience highlighted by guests wanting to return, despite some minor issues.
Good value for a centrally located hotel with many amenities, although some felt pricing for beverages was excessive.
Hotel was spotless according to several reviewers, yet some comments implied variability in housekeeping during peak times.
Facilities generally met expectations, with some guests requesting more amenities like tea/coffee in rooms.
“Pleasant short stay.”
Very pleased with this hotel, didn’t really review the hotel before we just wanted somewhere in Benidorm old town. We couldn’t have picked a more pleasant hotel, perfectly situated right round the corner of Tapas Alley. We requested a room with a balcony which we got, definitely not the biggest but was fine and the room was comfortable enough and modern. WiFi was great and breakfast was fine, staff were friendly so have no complaints for our short visit. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely book this hotel again. The only downside is the noise of the cleaning vehicles of a night and shops opening and closing, but what can you expect its right in the heart of the old town.
“Fabulous hitel”
Fabulous hotel in the Old Town but minutes from Levante beach. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous staff. Great cocktail bar. Highly recommend
“best stay ever have already booked for october 26”
My first ever solo holiday and I was very nervous...!!!!!! Dianna and Carmen both on reception were wonderful they helped make my stay both comfortable and welcoming and most importantly I felt very safe during my stay at the hotel especially as a female traveller, They both were quick and efficient in dealing with any queries. Dianna is an amazing lady when I missed my flight she was very compassionate and kind to me, she comforted me, assuring me that everything would be ok. The hotel combined cleanliness and good upkeep with a warm charming atmosphere. The hotel was perfectly located away from the hussle and bussle of the strip but also very central to bars and resturants. The walk to the new town along the beach was magical. The cleaning staff were amazing and one in particular very friendly.. I have already booked again for Oct 26 and looking forward to my stay in this charming hotel again.
“Hotel Alameda, Benidorm - A Gem in the Heart of the Old Town”
We stayed at the Hotel Alameda during Easter week as part of our third visit to Benidorm, and I have to say this place really impressed us. The location is absolutely spot on - right on a pedestrianised street in the heart of the Old Town, about a hundred metres from Levante Beach. Tapas Alley is right on your doorstep which we took full advantage of, and the surrounding streets are full of great bars and restaurants. On Easter Sunday we stepped outside to find a full traditional Spanish Easter parade going right past the front door - that's the kind of experience you only get when you're truly in the middle of things. The hotel itself feels modern and recently renovated throughout - officially three stars but honestly feels like it's quietly heading towards four. Rooms are compact but well laid out, comfortable beds, and a lovely strong shower. We had a standard double on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the Old Town. I was slightly concerned about noise given the lively location, but the double glazing does its job brilliantly - we were looking outside on the balcony at night with all the hustle and bustle of the street below, stepped inside and closed the door - complete silence. Really impressed with that. Breakfast is a good solid spread - full English, continental options, fruit and pastries, covers all bases nicely. There's a bar in the reception lobby and a rooftop terrace on the eighth floor with stunning views across the Old Town - particularly spectacular at sunset. Fair warning though - the rooftop bar itself wasn't open when we visited, but the reception staff were happy for us to grab a drink downstairs and take it up in the lift. The view up there is absolutely worth it either way. One thing to mention - there's no pool. For us that genuinely wasn't an issue with Levante Beach a hundred metres away, but worth knowing if a pool is important to you. Friendly, welcoming staff throughout. Genuinely couldn't fault them. We've previously stayed at the Hotel Don Pancho in the New Town and both options have their merits - but the Old Town location of the Alameda gives you a completely different and very authentic Benidorm experience. Thoroughly recommended!
“Great choice”
Booked direct with hotel and really pleased to have a free upgrade with partial sea view. Room clean and very quiet despite busy location. Stayed half board, really great to be able to choose lunch or dinner wine or water included. Pretty decent food too. I Would stay again, but sadly full for my dates in May
“The gem of the Costa in plain view”
