Really classy building. They’ve got a gym as well, and a pool. That was cool for the summer time.

To be improved

Most of the staff didn’t care enough to offer what is supposed to be a 5-star service. The only one was Carlos, who took care of our luggage both at check-in and checkout, and also went above and beyond to show us how stuff worked in our room.

“We stayed one night at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is stunning, very elegant, and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities or restaurants due to the short stay and our early departure. Central location with all the sights close by. Salamanca is beautiful. We will definitely return for a longer stay. · Cons: Great parking beneath the hotel, but there is an extra charge 17 euro per day. Which could quickly add up for a longer stay.”
