“Great value for money and location”

great location. staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast was good and the lunch menu activities were good. Great value for money in my opinion

To be improved

I asked for a double bed, instead got two singles pushed together and not put together properly. Had to ask reception to sort. Also check-in lady was not very informative, didnt tell us a thing so we had to guess or find out from others

“Lovely hotel, great location but rude staff member”

The best

The hotel’s location is excellent. Our room was clean and modern and the view from our balcony was great. Public areas of the hotel are well laid out, modern and clean. Breakfast was good, with a light and airy, clean dining room albeit very busy. Pool areas felt relaxed and there was never an issue finding a sun lounger so that was good, too.

To be improved

In our room there were no drawers or storage other than the wardrobe which was covered by curtains. Late checkout shower facilities was a room under renovation, this shouldn't be offered to guests. One member of staff on reception, we found to be rude - not friendly and seemed in a mood.

Decor, very modern and funky … location, very central, pools, x2 very clean and you could move around to ensure you hit the sun. Lovely staff very attentive

Personally I thought the drinks round the pool were a bit pricey ..

“Perfect break and well catered for”

The best

The location is fantastic. Easy walk to the marina, beach, shops. It is very quirky. Loved the pieces of art and lamps they had. Our view was amazing. The entertainment was good and it was nice to know that the pool bar was there at the end of each night. The staff there were excellent- always welcomed you with a smile. They were still smiling when you seen them at breakfast. We only had breakfast but it was very good - great choice and all fresh. Reception were also very helpful.

To be improved

Only thing was the steps to the plunge pool. There are about 15. The 2nd last step is taller than all the others. I carried my tray of drinks all the way up then tripped. Lots of bruises! However, we watched a few people, including the waitress do the same. Maybe some yellow tape to highlight it would help?
