Perfect location for exploring the city, very central.
Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful.
Good value considering the location and service provided.
A satisfying stay overall, with strong points in services and location.
Amenities are decent, including a good selection of options.
Breakfast could be improved but is reasonably priced.
“Great location for this 2 Star property”
Within a vestibule shared with Casa del Flamenco, you’ll find this 2 star hotel. Very centrally located, the entrance is on one of Seville’s famed narrow streets. A taxi will drop you off a block or two away from the entrance. Have your GPS handy to direct you to the entrance. This is a great location - only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral. I can’t vouch for the value as I was here during Holy Week when all lodgings are high. Pros: - very friendly and helpful staff - coffee, tea, and water available 24 hours in lobby - quiet interior patio - comfy bed and nice shower - pre visit email sent providing advice and links to Cathedral and Real Alcázar on-line tickets for timed entrance (very highly recommended) Cons: - small rooms - no safe - minimal breakfast choices If you attend the Flamenco show next door (highly recommended) hotel guests receive €5 discount.
“Great staff and great location.”
Very friendly and welcoming hotel. The staff are just brilliant and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are best described as tourist but are adequate if on the small side. Bathroom fine. Nice breakfast. The location is fantastic with everywhere walkable. We had to leave early in the morning so the hotel did us both cracking picnic bags and sorted the taxi for us. Great hotel for a short visit.
“Old fashioned rooms but great location”
This hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very simple and old-fashioned like staying in someone's home. The room had a TV, a couple of chairs, two single beds pushed together plus a sofa bed, mini fridge, good closet space with lots of hangers, a dresser, and fast Wi-Fi. The air conditioner was not very cold or strong and you really had to crank it down to almost the lowest setting to get decent air out. The windows had curtains and shades you could and should close to keep the strong hot sun out during the day while you're out. The bathroom had toiletries provided such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap, even a bath sponge. There were two sinks in the bathroom which was convenient, one on either side. The breakfast was decent with toast, hard boiled eggs, pastries, juice, coffee, milk, meats and cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. There was a small patio with a few tables (but smokers) or you could eat inside in the eating area by the lobby and there were always seats available. The location as I said before was fantastic, right next to La Casa del Flamenco which is a recommended flamenco show. There is a laundromat just a few minutes walk away (My Laundry Mini Lavanderia). The Cathedral is literally a 5 minute walk away, and so is the street leading up to it which is lined with cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops (Calle Mateos Gago). Nearby the hotel is also a cute little orange souvenir shop which smells divine and sells everything oranges (Orange Tree Sevilla). In the opposite direction is Calle Santa Maria la Blanca which also has cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. The hotel can usually call you a taxi to pick you up on Calle Fabiola and Calle Ximenez de Enciso but when we checked out the Internet was down all over Seville, so we had to walk to Calle Santa Maria Blanca, turn right, and there were taxis parked there too down the street. Overall I would say if you don't mind the old-fashioned homey rooms, the location is great.
“Perfect location and friendly staff”
Very friendly staff, perfect location in Santa Cruz near everywhere you'd want to visit. Comfortable room and wide choice for breakfast.
Nothing.
