Perfect location!!Clean rooms best services

The hotel itself is perfectly situated in the centre and perfect to explore the city. The staff are fantastic. The only thing that let it down for us was the room. We has a tiny window that was frosted and can’t look out of. And it was tiny. There was also a strong smell of sewage that wafted in and out during the day. But the bed was super comfortable. All in all nice

Hotel personnel were very kind, helpful and gracious. We asked many questions and they were always patient and respectful. The room was clean and the breakfast spread was generous. Their parking garage was tricky, but manageable. No complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend

Friendly, welcoming, helpful and a great location.

This is a wonderful little hotel in a great location. We stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. We had a large balcony overlooking the Murillo Gardens with a fantastic view of the cathedral and la Giralda. The staff were always available, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is only about 20 mins on a taxi to/from the airport, and is in a great location - just cross the Murillo gardens and you are straight into the historic centre of the city. Everything was within a very walkable distance and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The rooftop pool was a lovely luxury with great views although very cold (not heated). We also made good use of the rooftop pool top bar. My only moans would be that out room was on the 6th floor fight beneath the bar so we did get some noise (music and moving of furniture) quite late on Friday and Saturday night - could do with some better insulation; and the fan and aircon didn’t work in our room, however we had large sliding doors which we could open in the evening to let some cool air in, but this would be more of an issue in high summer. That being said, we loved the hotel and would definitely come again and recommend to others.

What a beautiful hotel! The location was just perfect for us with lovely views over the park and towards the Cathedral. Our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, although bottled water in the room would be an extra touch I'd like. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and I thought that the rooms were good value for money and the beds very comfortable. We sleep with our windows open and so there was some traffic noise, but sleeping in a city, it is to be expected and it didn't bother us in the least. Overall, very pleased with this hotel and we will be back!
