“Very close to Santiago’s cathedral, holds large rooms and great staff”
The best

Right in the heart of old Santiago de compostela, has large rooms but a weird architecture; as if they had joined two buildings and converted as a hotel. One drawback is that to access some of the floors, you have to use the stairs and if you are a real pilgrim (walked more than the tourist average distance of 101km), you will have to carry you luggage without help!

“Great stay after Camino hike”
The best

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Ala Avendida. Our rooms were on the top floor with a rich colored wooden slanted ceiling and a window we could open to the sky. The beds were comfy and the private bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were courteous and helpful. We were able to walk to many of our destinations, including the Santiago Cathedral. I highly recommend.

“Lovely stay at Hotel Alda”
The best

I loved this hotel. The view from our window was serene and made me feel like I was in a movie. The size of the room was appropriate for the four of us. Two twin beds and one queen fit us all comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
