There was a bad to sleep and AC was working , a lot of parking spaces around the hotel

To be improved

My terrace room view was facing a wall of rocks , the sink in the bathroom was blocked , water couldn’t go down the sink , there is no iron and no hairdryer , reception couldn’t do anything about it. The code to enter the room stopped working , it was hard to fix this issue . There is emergency or fire alarm light inside the room which is very bright , impossible or to sleep . There is nothing around the hotel , no coffee no water to buy from anywhere

One of the shower was broken, never got fixed my two guest in that room had to take shower in a different room What if we got only one room that day ? The codes to get into two of the rooms didn’t work properly At 2:00 am we came from a party were not able to rest we had to get the fricking code every time we go out You should improve that system
