“Nice hotel, situated in the center of Vilagarcia. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful (I have rarely encountered this level of friendliness). Rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short or a longer stay. · Cons: Breakfast could have more variety of porridges and fruits. I have nothing else to add.”

“Pleasant and convenient but lacking”
The best

The location was very convenient. The room was basic but comfortable. The windows are able to open and the air conditioning works well. The front desk attendant was very pleasant. We did not get the breakfast. The beds were reasonably comfortable.

To be improved

The refrigerator did not work. There were no blankets or bedcovers on the bed or in the room, only sheets. The room didn't measure up to the picture in the booking description.

The best

The location in the centre of town, the female staff member that checked us in (friendly, smiling, warm, polite), free fast WiFi, tea making facilities, rain shower, free bottle of water

To be improved

No accessible electrical sockets at the table for working with a laptop, electrical sockets only on one side of the bed, the door to the room was sticking so you had to slam it closed.

Excellent location and price was good. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave us good suggestions.

Air conditioner was not working, stagnant air in the room, could not open window because of noise outside. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor

Location, very close to town center and fairly close to the commercial port.

The hotel feels outdated. Everything works in good order, but it just has lost its “fame”.
