Upon coming, I was ignored by the personal who were right in front of me. They definitely do not know how to handle customers. They were rude and unprofessional, making me feel absolutely unwelcomed. No explanation about anything was given. The woman in the reception did not know how to scan a passport. I had to tell her what page to scan. Note: it’s a traditional EU passport, nothing strange. The room was super smelly, as if the previous guest had been smoking inside. As a non-smoker, being in a smelly room gave me headache. I complained and they put a machine in the room. It did not solve the issue. The walls were very thin, and I woke up throughout the night because of noises. They entered the wrong departure date, so on my last night I had to spend quite some time on the phone with some guy because my card was no longer working. He told me “the battery of the card is dead”, which infuriated me even more, because cards don’t have batteries. If anything, the door had a battery, but it was working just fine. The guy on the phone was trying to chit-chat with me. I was exhausted after a long day of working, wanting to go to my room to rest, but the card was not working and I had to follow up with a guy on the phone asking me where I was coming from. 🫠

Paper thin walls. You can hear everything.

It is getting more expensive. I didn't know how long I was going to stay so had to pay a day at a time. Each day seemed to be more expensive. This is the first time that I remember hearing people snoring in the next room.
