I recommend Hotel Alda Centro in Ponferrada to everyone! Nice room with windows that open for fresh air, very helpful and friendly staff!

There was no hot water for the shower and the heating was off. Also the room lacked extra blankets or pillows

It was clean and quiet.

The towels were quite shabby and one had a hole in it. There was no hair dryer even though it was mentioned in the ad. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 7 am but was not ready until almost 7:30. Myself and others had plans for early morning travel that were delayed as a result. There was no plug for the bathtub.
