“Well located standard Hostel”

The location is great, a few steps to the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Lorenzo street and most of the historic attractions. The staff arriving was OK and attentive. Bedroom size is standard, pretty simple, but the bed is comfy, good lightning and basic services. Bathroom is standard, shower is not the best. Wifi was OK.

To be improved

The shower has a multi spreaders system, but it does not work properly. The head shower has not enough pressure and the quantity of water became poor. Also the temperature varies between the different spreaders. The hand shower is located at the bottom making the experience weird and uncomfortable. It should be place on the top. After you are out of the bedroom, the hotel does not have any WC available.

“A clean, simple hotel in a good location”

The central location in the old town extremely close to the historic cathedral. Very quiet. Excellent cleanliness.

To be improved

Lack of shelf in bathroom to put toiletries on. Lack of kettle and tea/coffee in bedroom. Not being advised of change of security code to gain entrance to hotel. .

“Great well-located hotel”

The best

This hotel is well-located near the cathedral but not too close to be noisy, and the Camino is about a block away. The windows also were well-insulated and I got a couple of nights of good rest. The room also had an enclosed balcony which I used to dry some merino wool clothes with the windows opened. Luckily, this place has an elevator, which helps with moving luggage and tired camino legs. The receptionist was helpful in guidance to the Museum of Human Evolution (fantastic museum--highly recommend!). If she hadn't told me it was closing in a couple of hours of my arrival (and closed the following day), I would have missed this gem. My bathroom was one of the best of all the (private room) places I stayed on the camino, and the room climate controls worked like a blessing. Decent breakfast for 6.95 Euros.

Easy to find, friendly welcome from staff and car parking thru them very good value. Small clean room and great breakfast for the price. Great for a one night stay
