The room and access to the underground carpark, location, easy walk to the old town.

The checking in procedure online would not accept our Home address in Spain. Wasted 45 mins trying to input the address! On arrival after 3pm no staff available only communication was via an electronic computerised system. The speaker was distorted so unable to hear clearly what actions were required to complete the booking process. The telephone centre eventually had to write down our access codes and show via camera link as the cardboard door key would not activate. Only one chair in the bedroom. No tea making facilities. The plastic card for the electricity could easily double up as a key card.
