“Nice hotel but Aircon Turned Off at Night - in July! 🥵”

😁 Would have loved to have given this hotel 10/10 as it has such a great location, beautiful views, immaculately clean, modern facilities, & nice people running it … BUT

To be improved

😞 When you book a hotel with cold Aircon you do not expect it to be turned off at night by the hotel in July! This led to us waking up regularly in a hot, stuffy bedroom. No windows to open & Impossible to open the terrace door for air at night - as the only way to way to darken bedroom is to keep the external electric shutters down 😞 My husband requested Aircon to be turned on come morning - which was done in the daytime, manually, by reception staff at central reception desk - but then switched off at night throughout our stay. Reception not manned at night to sort. Disappointing.

The view from the room/bed was celestial. We just left the persianas and the drapes open, and whenever we got up in the night, there was the ocean and the moon. It was heavenly.
