“If I have to go to Barcelona again, I will use this hotel again.”

The best

The location was great. The hotel was kept clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful. There was free WIFI.

To be improved

The only thing that I would have prefered was a TV station in English. They were all in Spanish. Apart from that there is nothing else to complain about.

“A Hidden gem and great value for money.”

The best

Immaculately clean throughout.Quiet Hotel location despite being near a busy area. A great little gem couldnt ask for more. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.There is also a luggage store and very very secure.

“Really well located”

The best

The hotel is very close to a metro station, Collblanc, which is on the same line as some major stops including Sagrada Familia (and the changes on that line were simple). Also, the hotel is only one stop away from the airport line which made arriving and leaving a breeze. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel was accessible to me whilst on crutches as it has a lift. The room was small but that’s what I was expecting and cleaned daily. The water pressure is magnificent. Soap, shampoo and body wash were included. It is close to an incredibly nice and affordable restaurant - I think it was called Xile. Also, if you’re a football fan the Barcelona FC stadium (under construction, but this did not affect the hotel) and museum are a stone’s through away.

To be improved

I did accidentally soak myself with the sink a couple of times because it was a little too powerful and easy to overestimate the tap. The soaps were in individual plastic wrappings and I personally prefer dispensers as they’re better for the environment.

The best

The hotel offers convenient access to the city center, with nearby metro and bus stations. It’s also located close to the stadium, making it a good choice for event-goers or Barcelona fans. While the drive to the city center is a bit long, the direct transport links make up for it.

To be improved

The rooms are quite small, with even more compact bathrooms. Sound insulation is poor — you can clearly hear other guests using their showers. There’s no closet space, and toiletries are limited (no hairdryer or complimentary water). Additionally, the hot water ran out while multiple guests were showering, which is unusual and disappointing for a hotel.
