Hotel Altos de Istán

A beautiful old hotel with modern styling, wonderfully helpful staff, gorgeous food, amazing location.

The hotel has a lot of modern character and interesting decor. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and we had a fantastic view over the mountains. Istan itself is a really picturesque village and this hotel is away from the main part making it also very quiet. The whole area is fantastic for mountain walks. I was there for my birthday and the staff surprised us with a complementary bottle of bubbly. All in all a great stay and we would definately book again. Great breakfast and chilled atmosphere...

We have had an exceptional time at this hotel. The host were the best we have come across. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is perched on top of the village, close to walks across the sierras, 5' down to the village with a very good choice of restaurants. Breakfast and dinners were excellent. The swimming pool and sauna were very excellent and the recliners made you feel like you were floating in space. . The decor of the hotel is great and all very comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, bright. Best nights for a long time. If you are after a relaxing and rejuvenating week end break, this is the place!

Everything!! The staff is wonderful!

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The room was spacious and comfortable, the spa was a real treat and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The food (including breakfast) was absolutely divine.
