The location (assuming you want to be in the central location where you will get screaming from partygoers till 5 or 6 AM) is good.

To be improved

The floors were pretty dirty and the staff did not respond to messages. There was no air condition or fans and it was VERY hot.

Very good location, room was clean, (but no shower gel or even hand soap in the bathroom).

Possibly the worst reception staff I have ever met, both the woman at check-in and the woman at check-out. Extremely rude at check-In, they want to know your exact check-in time in advance even though it says it's a hotel and check-in is open until 10pm, started giving out to me when I checked-in at 9.20pm. No toiletries in the bathroom (but room was clean). No one at reception/the shutter was down so I could not check-out in the morning, and then she tried to say it was my fault when I didn't wait around for her. This woman was also extremely rude, I've never been shouted at in a manner like that in all my travels. Disgraceful. They shouldn't charge hotel prices if they can't offer hotel services.

“Great location. Very close to the Plaza Mayor and a short walk to most of the historic buildings of Salamanca. Plenty of restaurants and cages nearby. The hotel has a nice comfortable sitting room overlooking the street below. · Cons: The room had a musty smell. We came back in the evening of our 2nd day and found the bathroom floor soaking wet and discovered a leak and water coming in from the ceiling probably caused by the room on the floor above. We reported it to the front desk and they provided extra towels but no offer to move us to another room.”

Great location. Very close to the Plaza Mayor and a short walk to most of the historic buildings of Salamanca. Plenty of restaurants and cages nearby. The hotel has a nice comfortable sitting room overlooking the street below.

The room had a musty smell. We came back in the evening of our 2nd day and found the bathroom floor soaking wet and discovered a leak and water coming in from the ceiling probably caused by the room on the floor above. We reported it to the front desk and they provided extra towels but no offer to move us to another room.
