“Great hotel”
The best

Lovely welcome from staff every time we came in. Easy walk into city centre. Food for dinner is very good. Nice spread for breakfast, but the hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon) were served too cold for us to eat. Lovely comfortable room and bedding. Quiet at night. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel.

The best

The hotelroom was okay. Quite spacious room. The air conditioning worked ok. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom. Loved the tub and the small bidet that was there! Loved how clean everything seemed in there. Especially their focus on sustainability! Good job on informing and promoting that. In the room, the double bed was quiete good too. Just didn't seem that clean. Lots of complimentary stuff including shoe shine. :v Ok TV, not so great view from the windows. Quite okay buffet available (with a maybe rather grumpy cook/hostess). Bus stopp not further than 3 minutes away. Best of all in this stay was the exceptionally helpful and smiling staff who could speak and understand English! I asked the name of the frontman at the desk whose name I forgot but may have been Andrè. I would recommend his bosses to give him a raise for the quality of service he provides the guests!

To be improved

The room felt stuffy and not well aired. The bed (although double bed so good value for money) was a spring bed, so you could feel yourself sink a little. The location was so so. Didn't really like the area and probably would not wander around outside here late at night. Just didn't seem comfortable. Other than that not much to point out as I just stayed here for one day.

Fantastic hotel and the staff is so nice. Everything is clean and much attention to detail. The pool is great addition too cool down after a hot afternoon
