“Hotel good resteraunt not so much”

Nice room, TV in all languages quite hotel and courtious staff

To be improved

Felt I got slight food poisoning from the resteraunt.. Only time I've had a dodgy stomach all holiday after eating there.. And the upgrade to the spa bath was not with it the bath was very poor

“Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. It was very convenient to take the bus to downtown Pamplona. One of the best things about this was that it was easy to drive to and park, and then it was easy to take the bus into town.”

“Great Hotel, Shame About the Noise”

A great value hotel. Rooms well appointed

To be improved

The fact that the hotel allows people attending events at the hotel to continue making lots of noise after their event has finished, including after midnight. In fact, some of these people, who are not guests staying at the hotel, started up a new party outside the entrance to the hotel, with loud music being played. The hotel should police this better and ensure that guests at the hotel are not being disturbed.
