Very friendly. Great parking for my motorbike. Good location in centre of town.

To be improved

My room was overlooked by offices. Also the room could do with better blinds/curtains to keep the light out, particularly as the estate agent was their window lights on all night.

The Location was superb, right in the centre of town in a tree lined avenue with cafes and bars, a lovely fountain Outside. The hotel was a very Colonial looking building, very clean, the staff were superb, very friendly and helpfull. We were allowed to park our motorbikes in the hotel grounds.

To be improved

Due to the age of the building there wasn't a lift inside the hotel, although there was a lift ouside to help you get your cases to reception. Struggled to find decent places to eat as quite a few were closed due to being a Monday.

The best

A wonderful stay in an older style hotel, full of charm and hospitality. I liked that there was a quiet room for guests to use and the terrace at the front of the hotel was perfect for an evening drink on a hot summer’s night. Thankyou to our lovely host Alphonse who was so welcoming and helpful. We had one of the bigger rooms, it was delightful and had a lovely bathroom. We had a secure place to store our bicycles and were able to wash them in the courtyard.
