Underground parking for bikes and reception was nice.

Staff were rude in the restaurant, air con didn’t work, even after staff had got it running, still blew out cold air. Had an argument with one member of staff in the bar connected to hotel. Very rude.

The best

Perfect location for the Bruce Springsteen show at Anoeta, lovely staff and decent breakfast for the price. Room was nice and spacious, all facilities working properly.

“Right at the side of the Reale Arena if like me you're going to watch Real Sociedad. Anoeta train station 5 minutes walk away. Great hotel. The cafe/snack bar next door,which is part of the hotel is fantastic,I've not had better food anywhere. · Cons: No kettle in the room but that apart,fantastic”

“The perfect stay!”
The best

Helpful caring friendly staff. Lovely walk into the city. Super clean rooms which feel very new and cared for. Perfect if u need to park outside the city area to walk in.

Only thing I can say is to include a kettle for tea in the room
