Air con far to noisy. Pillows hard and uncomfortable and guests really noisy til 3/4am tv noise and talking from other rooms

The shower head was leaking a lot and needs to be replaced (otherwise water pressure was great). I didn’t like that I only got one small towel about the same size as the bath mat, so had to use the same small towel to shower, wash my hands, etc. Also it would have been nice to have had at least a paper cup in the bathroom for drinking water, especially as I arrived very late at night and had no access to any drinks. Also there was a couple very loudly “enjoying each other’s company” with accompanying music next to my room, which was right next to the lobby — luckily I brought ear plugs with me so was able to block it out, but I was surprised that the reception staff didn’t intervene and tell them to keep it down.

Unfortunately there was no restaurant open which meant having to out to find a place to eat after all day of traveling. A few items in the room need attention to bring the standard back up.
