The property is in a convenient location for exploring Palma. The rooms were nicely decorated, but the overall layout of the hotel felt disjointed. Communal areas were disappointing and lacked atmosphere, with no real social space to relax in. There are also a lot of unavoidable stairs throughout the hotel, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel is marketed as five-star, but it doesn’t meet that standard — especially when compared to other nearby hotels like Can Alomar. The layout is awkward and disjointed, with lots of stairs and limited accessibility. Communal spaces lack style and comfort, and the room, while nicely decorated, was small with little storage and no bathroom privacy. The most frustrating part was the airport taxi situation. We’d arranged a late afternoon pick-up with reception in the morning and were reassured several times it was on its way. After waiting over 40 minutes, we were casually told it had been cancelled — no proper explanation, no alternative offered. With under two hours until our flight, we had to scramble to sort it ourselves, eventually walking 10 minutes to meet an Uber we booked at double the normal cost. It was completely avoidable, and not what you expect from a hotel at this level. If you’re considering staying here, I’d strongly suggest paying a little more for Can Alomar, Sant Francesc Singular, or Hotel Cappuccino — they are far, far superior and truly deliver a five-star experience.

“An Absolute treat - spoil yourself”

The best

Absolutely exceptional what a treat. Got the whole span to ourselves for two hours the rooms are immaculate and extremely well appointed the rooftop bar is something from a computer game. Staff extremely helpful and professional.
