“Great stay and time spent with the family.”

The best

We stayed in a 1 bedroom with an extra cot. Room was spacious. Facilities were excellent. Loved that they had "book a laundry time" to do the families laundry and the ability to buy individual detergent pucks at the front desk. Kitchen was well equipped with what one would need. Walkability to the beach, market and some excellent restaurants also great. Staff were always very helpful.

To be improved

It's a simple thing, but it would be nice to have salt and pepper as a basic in the apartment. The market does sell a little combo --which we purchased and hoped they would leave for the next guests. Just nice to have when you arrive. But again, nothing negative to say, everything was great!!!

“Overall, enjoyed our stay! Great location! Great beach!”

The best

Breakfast decent with great views of beach. Hotel on the beach. Cala Santanyi was amazing. Parking availability and not far in the general lot down the street. Room clean and serviceable. Water pressure great, though a little salty? Nice staff. Available restaurants on/around property.

To be improved

Beach access was not consistent from the hotel. Seemed to be dependent on the downstairs restaurant which either closed by around 8 PM and also was not available to go thru around 10 AM in the morning either. Expectation for being beachfront is that it would be accessible directly from the beach facing front of property and not have to go around to the public access on the other side from the street. Also Wifi was somewhat difficult to access. There was also a faint musty/mildewy odor in the room.
