“A good value for families!”

The best

It was a good small apartment for the week. The air conditioning worked well, the room was comfortable and met our needs. There was also free onsite parking in a garage.

To be improved

It would be nice to have had some basic items like more dish soap (we got a very tiny tiny container). A hair dryer would have also been REALLY nice - there was not one provided.

“Nice apartment and very good size for 5 of us 13+ years old. Friendly staff Clean environment. Fair location took 2 Mins to drive to the beach front. Underground parking was useful. Had all you needed in the apartment to cook etc if you wanted The balcony was an ok size Aircon was good. Everything was clean even inside fridge. · Cons: The opening time for the pool was late from 10am. The bar/restaurant could have done with being more welcoming as it looked a little empty and hard to tell that was what it was for. They have a small shop inside by reception but everything we looked to use it, it seemed closed. Don't think enough floor staff were around. Had mini golf onsite but only knew by walking around that this was here. Seemed wasted. The pool is extremely deep even in the shallow end for kids.”

One chair on balcony was broken, toilet seat needed fixing - so just tiny things easily fixed but the worst thing for me was, despite signs around the pool area saying “no smoking” there were cigarette ends around and every Sun lounger had ash on the sides where people had put out their cigarettes. Attention to this and cleaning of the chairs and pool area would have made our stay almost perfect!

Staff was always helpful and polite. The room has everything you need. The kitchen is complete. Indoor parking was super for not getting the car too warm and making it easier to get with the luggage into the room.

To be improved

The biggest problem is guests who do not follow the rules and the hotel does not do anything about it. I have read in other reviews and experienced it myself. The pool closes at 22 and more than once I heard people diving after that time. Also people drinking and talking very loud after 23 and people smoking where there are clear signs that forbids it. That is very common. The weekly cleaning could be more clear. You never know which day your room will be cleaned. Also, the weekly cleaning should include more than just changing sheets, wiping the floor and bathroom. The kitchen and the furniture were not touched, all the dust accumulating.

Great location. Online check-in and 24-hour service was perfect. The place looked wonderful - it’s a shame we were only there for such a short time!
